The Top Five Worst Video Game Based Movies

...Obliviously I love video games as much as the next gamer loves video games. But we don't love the film maker's that destroy our favorite titles in their quest to bring the game to the big screen.

So a list of the top five worst game-based movies has be created. Please note that there is no particular order for the list of game-based movies.

Super Mario Brothers

Super Mario Brother is the perfect example of what not to do when making a movie out of a video game. For example if a character is suppose to be Italian with a mustache don't hire a Latino actor that is clean shaven like John Leguizamo was. Or a reptile like King Koopa or Toad like don't make the characters human. This movie plot was so loosely based on the game it was a shame to even call it Super Mario Brothers.

The movie's biggest problems is it was the first of it kind, meaning the first major motion picture to be based off of a video game.

Christmas Gift Ideas - video Games

...from 5 to 80 playing these games and everybody seems to like them.

2. Super Mario Galaxy for Nintendo Wii hasn't even been released yet, but I know it will be a big seller and big hit this Christmas. Mario is always a big hit and I'm sure that Nintendo has made sure not to disappoint all of those Mario fans out there.

3. Guitar Hero III has just hit the store shelves and I watched a kid play it today. It is quite simply one of the coolest games I've ever seen. I really want to get it this year for my kids. It's available on all three systems, but it comes with a hefty price tag because of the "guitar controller" which is included with the game. The music on this game is top notch.

4. Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction is destructive mayhem for all ages. It uses the PS3's amazing power well with outstanding graphics, bustling cities, larger than life enemies and never ending boss battles.

5. Wario Ware: Smooth Moves features more mini games, maybe even...more

Top Ten Games for Nintendo 64

...The Nintendo 64 had hundreds of games released since the system first went on sale in 1996. It can be hard to choose which games to buy. Below is a list of the top ten must own games for Nintendo 64 and why they should be in your collection.

10. Perfect Dark - The successor to Goldeneye 007. The developers kept the same great gameplay but added extra multiplayer features. Customizable bots to fight against if you didn't have enough friends. Six different multiplayer modes. Four human players and eight computer players playing at once. Perfect Dark is the best multiplayer first person shooter you will find.

9. Conker's Bad Fur Day - A surprise game for the Nintendo 64 because it wasn't focused on the typical young N64 audience. The game has cuss words and adult themes, but it is one of the funniest games ever released. And the gameplay is great too. The same developers who made Goldeneye and Perfect Dark also made Conker, so you know the multiplayer action is spot on.

8. Mario Golf - Play 18 holes with Mario and company. ...more

The Nintendo Is Not Dead!

... they still have that special some thing you can't quite describe.

Thanks to the great technological advancement's that have made the original Nintendo entertainment system an ancient relic, ordinary people like you and me have accesses to every Game ever made, with the use of roms and emulators.

Not only are the original classics still fun as ever, but...more
